How to request a return for regret: If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request a return within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order to your email address. Send an email to [email protected], indicating your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 60 days from the date we receive your request. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase in our virtual store. There will be no additional cost to receive the refund.
